ESTIMATING
Due to the many years in the industry, our Management are able to price works very efficiently form budget prices to detailed Bills, ensuring project specific specifications are adhered to and qualified. We will always look to ‘Value Engineer’ where possible without compromise.
Our in- house design and comprehensive project management experience enables us to value engineer projects across the entire process and deliver industry leading quality at optimum price.
DESIGN
The design detailing and scheduling of any project regardless of size is imperative to ensure timely delivery. We work closely with our supply chain and can boast that a lot of the systems we use have been created and implemented by our team.
We have very experienced in house design capabilities which enable us to accurately detail and confirm requirements using the latest CAD software. Our dedicated design team have many years of experience, not only with project specific design detailing and scheduling but also with regards to developing project specific systems that compliment the nature of each project as we all know that not one project is alike.
SUPPLY
We work closely with our supply chain to ensure that we are up to date with delivery terms, costs, capacity, supplier shutdowns etc. This ensures that we are always ahead when it comes to scheduling components for delivery to site to meet the agreed programmed dates.
Our team consists of individuals who have worked directly for manufacturers and distributors which puts us in an enviable position when it comes to understating the logistics involved. We always project manage our supply chain down to the smallest of components making sure that we know exactly when to place orders for any one particular component. Due to our unique relationship we are always in control giving us the ability to ensure that we receive what we need at the right time.
INSTALL
Our installers are highly experienced in the installation of many types of Curtain Walling systems including Schuco, Reynaers, Kawneer, Sapa etc and many types of rainscreen cladding including ACM, terracotta, ceramic, stone, timber, aluminium, zinc, stainless and standing seam. We also install Architectural metalwork such as balconies and canopies.
All our installers are 100% CSCS certified in addition to many that are IPAF, Leading Edge, Harness trained, first aid, SSSTS and SMSTS.
